Summary

Join Urban Sports Club as their Head of Lifecycle Marketing and own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, focusing on increasing activation rates for corporate clients and reducing churn. As part of the Marketing leadership team, you will play a key role in the company's European growth. You will develop and implement sophisticated lifecycle programs to turn new users into loyal advocates, focusing on measurable impact across activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. You will define and execute a lifecycle marketing strategy, identify key journey moments, and design data-driven campaigns. You will also lead the marketing automation roadmap and collaborate with various teams to align lifecycle efforts. Use predictive analytics to reduce churn and build a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • You bring 8+ years of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, Retention, or Customer Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • You bring deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills help you turn complex data into actionable insights and strategies
  • A commercial mindset paired with a passion for member experience drives your decision-making
  • You excel at managing stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams
  • With high energy and a self-starter attitude, you naturally take ownership and have a bias for action

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a lifecycle marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals
  • Identify key journey moments and design data-driven campaigns to drive activation, engagement, and retention
  • Develop tailored activation programmes for Corporate members
  • Own and optimise always-on and triggered campaigns across channels, with a strong focus on AI and automation
  • Lead the marketing automation roadmap and ensure a best-in-class martech stack
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, Sales and Customer Experience to align lifecycle efforts
  • Use predictive analytics to reduce churn and deploy targeted save tactics
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Lifecycle Marketing team

Preferred Qualifications

You are experienced working in high-growth, multi-country organisations; B2B2C environment or with Corporate client bases highly preferred
