Join Talon.One's dynamic global Marketing team as the Head of Product Marketing, leading a team of 20 and collaborating with various departments. You will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products, crafting product positioning and messaging, building GTM playbooks, conducting competitive analysis, managing analyst relations, and partnering on pricing strategy. This role requires strong leadership, 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, and exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be passionate about creating customer value and solving problems. Requirements
- Leadership experience in a high-performing Product Marketing team
- 8+ years of experience in customer experience martech B2B SaaS product marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into benefits for a wide audience
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills with stakeholders
- The ability to understand and identify market trends, competitor actions, and user needs across multiple segments
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- A passion for creating customer value and solving problems
Responsibilities
- Own and orchestrate Talon.Oneโs product positioning and messaging across the organization. Craft actionable frameworks that advance our vision of unified promotions & loyalty for technical, marketing, and C-Suite audiences
- Collaborate with Product to influence the product roadmap by providing market insights and customer feedback
- Own the end-to-end GTM motion for new product launch, including messaging, launch, and post-launch adoption. This scope requires close partnership with R&D across the product lifecycle
- Build GTM playbooks that guide teams on how to execute key themes and initiatives, including campaign launches, cross-sell motions, new partnerships, and new focus verticals
- Become an expert in competitive research, defining areas of strength and differentiation for Talon.One. Build sales plays that enable business growth and customer success
- Manage our engagement with analysts like Forrester, Gartner, and IDC, ensuring we are bringing our product positioning to key analyst audiences
- Partner with Sales & RevOps to determine our pricing & packaging strategy
