Summary

This leadership role focuses on optimizing and scaling the operational infrastructure supporting product development and delivery, maximizing product team effectiveness, and ensuring consistent delivery. Key responsibilities include developing operational frameworks, coordinating across various teams, utilizing data-driven decision making, improving processes, and establishing pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in Product or Operations, certification and experience within a product management framework, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred. Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Product or Operations
  • Certification and demonstrable experience within a product management framework such as Pragmatic Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing operational frameworks that enable efficient product development lifecycles, from ideation to launch and beyond. Establish standardized processes that scale across product lines and teams
  • Serving as the connective tissue between product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and goals
  • Building and overseeing frameworks and analytics systems to measure product performance, operational efficiency, and team productivity, transforming these insights into actionable strategies
  • Continuously evaluating and enhancing operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness while guiding teams through organizational changes required for implementation
  • Establishing new items, pricing, promotions, annual price review & increases with analysis and inputs from PM (market), marketing (competition), and business intelligence (historic trends)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations in both small and large group settings as well as to orient the message to the needs of the audience, both internally and externally
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a self-directed environment to meet critical deliverable dates and results
  • The ability to work in a rapidly changing, high pressure environment and to deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
  • Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original and innovative techniques or style
  • Demonstrated ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors
  • Demonstrated ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, geometry and trigonometry
  • Demonstrated ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • PMI Certification
