Requirements

  • 10 years' experience in payments, SaaS-based and mobile applications
  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on payments and strategic roadmap development
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and mentorship
  • Familiarity with the education sector and mission-driven initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance the existing product roadmap with a strategic focus
  • Ensure alignment with customer expectations and industry trends
  • Contribute to the company's strategic growth, highlighting the mission-driven aspect of serving schools and students
  • Have a proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a 'can-do' attitude; able to roll up sleeves and prioritize key deadlines
  • Data driven product management and ownership of product KPIs and OKRs across the entire customer engagement journey
  • Oversee our Payments products used by school district administrators, parents, and students
  • Lead a team of Product Managers to help drive execution upon your vision and strategy
  • Work with senior leadership, and cross functional team members, to develop and execute on the company's payment strategy
  • Build trust and influence across teams, stakeholders, and the global organization
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to payments
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring our products continue to serve and exceed market expectations
