Summary

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations roles with at least 4 years of process and/or product improvement in a high growth organization
  • Leadership: 4+ years managing high performing independent contributors (analysts and/or project managers)
  • Customer obsession: Demonstrated experience deeply understanding and identifying customer needs, translating them into process and product improvements, building them, and rolling them out
  • Ownership: Experience independently owning quantified objectives and hitting hard goals: developing metrics (KRs), creating walks/waterfalls (sub-KRs) and working both independently and with cross-functional partners to execute
  • Optimization: Demonstrated ability to optimize and/or create operational processes. Discovery to understand & map a complex process, identify opportunities for improvement / optimization, design and build for scale
  • Project management experience with complex cross-functional teams to roll out complex programs or processes
  • Proficient with analysis, particularly in Excel / Google Sheets

Responsibilities

Build on current strengths and raise the bar for providers at Rula, and for the industry as a whole

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Healthcare experience, especially working with healthcare providers
  • Product management experience
