Summary

Join Lyra Health as their Director of Recruiting and lead and elevate Clinical Provider Network Development Recruiting. You will nurture strategic partnerships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, focusing on Contracted Provider Recruitment and potentially contributing to broader recruiting functions. This role offers flexibility with options to work from the Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote within the United States. You will direct sub-functional areas, lead a recruiting team, drive initiatives to meet business goals, manage pipeline activity, and develop strategies to improve program efficiency. Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of prior recruiting experience, with a demonstrated success of leading geographically-dispersed recruiting teams, with specific experience scaling high-growth organizations
  • 5+ years of recruitment management experience, including management of recruiting managers
  • Track record of developing highly-impactful recruiting strategies that align with emerging business needs and evolving goals
  • Proven ability to leverage Recruiting Analytics to generate actionable insights, as well as the ability to effectively distill findings and communicate that narrative back to the business
  • Ability to execute recruiting initiatives seamlessly in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Resilient, and solution-oriented approach to solving complex recruiting challenges
  • Highly skilled at stack ranking initiatives and recognizing tradeoffs

Responsibilities

  • Direct one or more sub-functional areas through Managers, Senior Managers and Individual Contributors
  • Lead a diverse and mission-oriented team of recruiting professionals
  • Drive recruiting initiatives for Lyra to achieve business goals and align with clinical quality, network adequacy and sustainability
  • Manage pipeline activity, maintaining data integrity and effectively reporting to stakeholders
  • Develop recruiting strategies to improve long term program efficiency, manage capacity and resource allocation

Preferred Qualifications

Health tech and global expansion experience a plus, but not required
