Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in retail financial services, payments, or fintech operations
  • Experience with money movement solutions (ACH, debit card programs, international transfers) and related vendor management
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk and Finance teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing customer experience while managing operational risks
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations in retail payments and money movement
  • A self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee money movement, debit card and retail payments operations in U.S
  • Oversee key related vendors and partners related to the above services
  • Monitor WisdomTree Prime customer activity
  • Collaborate with Product team on the product roadmap, ensuring that new product features take into account operational considerations
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Compliance, Risk and Finance teams to ensure smooth back-end operations
  • Design and implement fraud mitigation strategies in collaboration with other functions
  • Contribute to leadership and culture of the business unit and build engagement across the broader firm
