Summary

Join WisdomTree Prime as their Director of Retail Banking Operations, reporting to the Head of Operations. You will oversee money movement, debit card, and retail payment operations in the U.S., manage key vendors, monitor customer activity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Success involves optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and scaling banking services. You will design fraud mitigation strategies and contribute to the business unit's leadership and culture. The role requires significant experience in retail financial services and a strong understanding of payments operations.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in retail financial services, payments, or fintech operations
• Experience with money movement solutions (ACH, debit card programs, international transfers) and related vendor management
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk and Finance teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing customer experience while managing operational risks
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in retail payments and money movement
• A self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Responsibilities

• Oversee money movement, debit card and retail payments operations in U.S
• Oversee key related vendors and partners related to the above services
• Monitor WisdomTree Prime customer activity
• Collaborate with Product team on the product roadmap, ensuring that new product features take into account operational considerations
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Compliance, Risk and Finance teams to ensure smooth back-end operations
• Design and implement fraud mitigation strategies in collaboration with other functions
• Contribute to leadership and culture of the business unit and build engagement across the broader firm
