Requirements

  • At least 5 years building Salesforce architecture/processes
  • At least 2 years in manager/director level role at a Fintech
  • Focus on data architecture cleanliness, attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative

Responsibilities

  • Manage GTM tool stack, which includes the CRM, marketing automation, contact enrichment, sales engagement, etc
  • Partner with leaders in Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Data Engineering, and Marketing to implement requirements from newly developed or refined processes and strategies in the CRM and the general GTM stack
  • Spearhead core operational processes, such as revenue pipeline forecasting, customer segmentation, commission calculations; and marketing, sales, and customer-success funnel optimization
  • Collaborate to build GTM models for revenue targets, headcount, and capacity
  • Support the quarterly and annual planning process across the GTM functions
  • Contribute and partake in enabling GTM stakeholders with processes and technology
  • Ensure seamless data flow and strong data governance across all GTM systems
  • Develop OKRs, KPIs, and metrics for the different GTM functional areas in partnership with function leaders
  • Generate and maintain datasets, reports, dashboards, and general data/analytical visualizations
  • Conduct regular cadence and ad-hoc analysis of performance, productivity, and efficiency at the GTM functional level, then segment/team level, and down to the rep level
