Requirements
- Direct experience with Databricks in some capacity (software or services sales)
- Ability to build and grow executive relationships with Databricks sales and partnership leaders
- Experience in building and managing an Enterprise sales portfolio for a high-growth channel
- Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity through initiative, strategic thought, and grit
- Consistent presentation development and delivery skills

Responsibilities
- Build sustainable services business to support the firm's objectives and Databricks account partners
- Manage and refine the Databricks GTM strategy in conjunction with the leadership team, partnership team, and technical SMEs
- Own the end-to-end deal management process for incoming opportunities from the Databricks partnership
