Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing our international sales team
- Actively train and develop our sales talent by leading by example, one-on-one training, role playing and coaching on a regular basis
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companyβs customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Partner with HR on recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of all sales team employees
- Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while maintaining awareness of all new products and competition status
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Maintain a positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude and disseminate these qualities throughout the company
