Summary

Join Candid Health as a dynamic sales leader to spearhead a team of experienced enterprise account executives and drive business growth. This high-impact role directly aligns with the CEO and executive leadership team. Responsibilities include overseeing team KPIs, providing coaching and feedback, participating in strategic deal execution, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and partnering with recruiting for team expansion. The ideal candidate possesses experience in selling medical billing and working with healthcare financial leaders. A deep understanding of driving business development in the healthcare startup ecosystem is preferred but not mandatory. The estimated starting annual salary range is $400,000 OTE, including base salary, sales commissions/bonuses, equity, and employee benefits.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling medical billing and/or working with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders or Billing Managers
  • Enjoy helping AEs develop strategy and execute on prospect meetings for high value deals
  • Enjoy working closely with AEs to help them grow their skills and advance their careers, as well as expand their knowledge of our product and industry
  • Work well with key cross-functional leaders within the organization to get alignment and support in service of executing on key deals
  • Fundamentally low-ego, you care more about outcomes than inputs, and embody operational excellence in your approach

Responsibilities

  • Shepherding the growth, development, and success of a team of experienced Account Executives at Candid
  • Oversee and be accountable for team KPIs, providing coaching/feedback when needed to ensure your team hits their quarterly and annual targets
  • Directly involved in strategic deal execution, acting as the first escalation point and product SME to build confidence through knowledge for both AEs and their prospects
  • Work closely with other key stakeholders at Candid, navigating internal teams and leaders to get resources and support on strategic deals
  • Partner closely with Recruiting in support of hiring initiatives to grow your team
