Summary

Join Candidly's growing team as the Director of Sales, leading and mentoring the Enterprise, SMB, and BDR sales teams. Requirements

  • Startup experience required
  • 7-10 years of professional experience
  • Proven track record of success managing sales teams, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Willingness to work outside their job description and roll up their sleeves
  • Ability to lead sales calls and demos
  • Historical track record of performance as an Enterprise AE prior to management
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with ENT clients is required
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate commitment to integrity, accountability, and delivering high-quality work
  • Strong leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Support sales calls on a daily basis, including leading calls and demos when needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Work alongside our SVP of Revenue to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Help manage and grow our BDR team
