Summary

Join SiteDocs, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as the Director of Sales and lead a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for achieving significant ARR growth, implementing sales strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous development. This role requires proven success in scaling revenue in SaaS environments, extensive experience in team leadership, and expertise in managing complex sales cycles. You will build executive-level relationships, collaborate with other teams, and monitor market trends. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about coaching and developing their team. This is a remote opportunity.

Requirements

  • Proven success in scaling revenue in SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and change management
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles
  • Relationship orientated and strong rapport building skills
  • Experience in negotiating and excellent presentation skills
  • Experience creating urgency and educating on a value proposition
  • A history of making sales representatives better
  • Previous experience in a high-growth company managing people
  • Familiar with being accountable to a team target and managing your team’s individual goals

Responsibilities

  • Achieve ARR and win % metrics ($6.5M USD ARR)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Drive adoption of sales tools and technologies to optimize team performance
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with market demands
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively
  • Conducting rep deal review based on insights, leadership request or warning lights
  • Conducting interviews and aligning with leadership on hiring decisions
  • Deploy coaching plans according to warning lights and insights to increase team effectiveness
  • Present results to leadership and meet weekly to strategize on priorities and surface insights to SVP
  • Complete a minimum of 2 scorecards per rep/week to identify improvements or learnings
  • Manage the skills and knowledge certification process for your team
  • Condense and synthesize critical information and make it available to the organization
  • Manages Sales Rep and Sales Engineer workload to ensure efficient handling of prospects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft or similar is an asset
  • Familiar with how to attract and retain top talent
  • Ability to coach sales executives to be better at performing discovery, demos and follow up
  • Ability to create accurate revenue projections based on your teams funnel
  • You are an articulate and concise communicator
  • You care about people - their feelings, motivators, and unique situations - and creatively seek to find ways to go “over and above” the bare minimum to make their lives easier and bring delight
  • You work with speed and accuracy
  • You are a great on-the-spot problem-solver but are humble enough to admit when you don’t know the answer, but will find out
  • You are enthusiastic and optimistic and know how to turn lemons into lemonade!
  • You are detail oriented and can follow through with processes and steps to completion
  • You ask clear and concise questions to get to the root of the customer’s content needs and can effectively solve a problem while identifying and uncovering additional needs
  • You are comfortable using technology
