Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in sales/marketing, healthcare, or a science-related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of building and managing successful teams
  • 5+ years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device sales
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to drive results both individually and through a team
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for improving patient care

Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Act as the primary driver of sales activities by cultivating relationships with doctors and healthcare providers to secure patient prescriptions for Pharmacy
  • Develop Sales Processes: Establish and refine sales workflows and best practices to create a scalable foundation for future team expansion
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives as the business grows, ensuring alignment with Pharmacy’s mission and goals
  • Promote Pharmacy Services: Communicate the value proposition of our solutions to healthcare providers, emphasizing convenience and reliability for providers and patients
  • Expand Market Presence: Strategically identify and approach potential healthcare partners to broaden our network and increase market penetration
  • Market Insights: Gather and analyze market intelligence, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of providers and patients
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding the handling of medications and patient data
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team progress to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in dermatology, specialty pharmaceuticals, or immunology is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in selling injectable or office-administered biologics is an advantage
