Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • Have proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of building and managing successful teams
  • Have 5+ years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device sales
  • Possess exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Possess strategic thinking with the ability to drive results both individually and through a team
  • Possess strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Have a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for improving patient care

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary driver of sales activities by cultivating relationships with doctors and healthcare providers to secure patient prescriptions for Pharmacy
  • Establish and refine sales workflows and best practices to create a scalable foundation for future team expansion
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives as the business grows, ensuring alignment with Pharmacyโ€™s mission and goals
  • Communicate the value proposition of our solutions to healthcare providers, emphasizing convenience and reliability for providers and patients
  • Strategically identify and approach potential healthcare partners to broaden our network and increase market penetration
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of providers and patients
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding the handling of medications and patient data
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team progress to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess a degree in sales/marketing, healthcare, or a science-related field
  • Have experience in dermatology, specialty pharmaceuticals, or immunology
  • Have demonstrated success in selling injectable or office-administered biologics
