Summary

Join our team at Inspiren as a Business Development Manager to own our full-cycle GTM pipeline, manage sales motions, and grow a sales team. You will partner with stakeholders to create a top-tier customer experience and expand market reach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct selling experience as a high performer, specifically selling into healthcare providers or healthcare SaaS
  • Ideally 1-3 years of sales management experience
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline with six-figure deals
  • Consultative sales approach driving behavior change in the sales cycle
  • Experience interfacing cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Desire to work an early-stage startup
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Manage our business development pipeline and close deals
  • Develop new leads and potential customers
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a top-tier customer experience
  • Build our GTM culture and eventually build out a team underneath you

Benefits

Annual salary/OTE for this role $300k (50/50 split) + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
