Summary
Join our team as Regional Sales Director and lead a network of independent insurance agents in driving sales growth for our specialty product portfolio in the southcentral/southeastern region of the U.S. This role involves acquiring new business, developing existing dealer relationships, and servicing current agent partnerships.
Requirements
- Must possess strong leadership abilities, including managing and motivating a team
- Strong focus on customer service, which includes excellent listening skills, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a proven track record of developing sales results in an assigned territory
- Possess an organized approach in problem solving ability
- Must have own vehicle with a good driving record
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time by air or car
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new business and cultivating new agency relationships
- Work with agents to develop and execute strategy for sales revenue growth through additional sale of products to existing clients. Gather customer insight and drive solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Build and maintain relationships with senior level personnel within customer accounts
- Conducts financial reviews with executive ownership of all dealership groups within their region
- Utilize CRM to actively track and analyze sales leads and customer interactions to enhance business relationships with customers and drive sales growth
