Summary

Join NiCE, a global leader in customer experience, financial crime fighting, and public safety software, as their Sales Director for Mexico. Lead a team of four regional account executives, exceeding sales targets and managing the team's growth. Develop and implement new sales strategies, forecast sales, negotiate contracts, and build collaborative teams. Create new revenue opportunities and assist with national house accounts. This role requires 12+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in sales management, and strong analytical and financial skills. Travel is 50% of the role. Requirements

  • 12+ years combined sales experience
  • 5+ years sales management experience
  • Demonstrated achievement in managing competing priorities
  • Strong Analytical and Financial skills
  • Demonstrated achievement in creating, building and leading a successful sales team
  • Comfortable and successful in a fast paced, growth-oriented company
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • History of exceeding quotas
  • Excellent Customer facing skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead a defined sales territory effort to meet the corporate sales goals
  • These goals include revenue, hiring and managed growth from the sales team
  • Develop new sales strategies and teach the assigned sales team to implement
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Recruit, hire and fire for the department
  • Provide leadership to individuals on team(s) through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management
  • Sales Forecasting
  • Negotiate profitable contracts, terms and conditions
  • Develop unified messaging with lead generation team
  • Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns
  • Manage/overcome prospect objections
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of NiCE product lines
  • Create new revenue opportunities with focus on driving business to close in new and existing accounts
  • Build collaborative inside and field teams with strategies for sales execution
  • Assist with sale and closure of national house accounts
  • Travel 50%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience/knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions
  • Experience/knowledge selling a full suite of SaaS products
