Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the North America and LATAM Solution Engineering teams
• Collaborate with North America and LATAM Sales Directors to co-develop and implement strategic plans
• Communicate the unique value propositions of Actian’s product portfolio
• Build a robust and diverse Solution Engineering team through active coaching, regular one-on-ones, skip-level meetings, and team-building activities
• Engage proactively with peers in Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Technical Marketing, and Professional Services to align efforts and achieve shared goals
• Serve as the trusted leader for the North America and LATAM Solution Engineering teams
• Act as a key point of contact for major customers, understanding their specific needs and demonstrating how Actian solutions can drive business success
• Work closely with Product Management, Technical Marketing, and Engineering teams during the development, launch, and ongoing refinement of Actian products
• Focus on growing and mentoring the Solution Engineering team
• Define clear success metrics for the team and regularly assess progress toward goals
