Join Nearform as their Director of Strategic Partnerships, a permanent, full-time remote position based in the UK. You will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with key strategic partners. This role focuses on increasing revenue through strategic partnerships, identifying new sales opportunities, and creating joint business plans. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including executive stakeholders, sales, marketing, delivery, and engineering, to align partnerships with business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships within the tech industry, a proven track record of scaling partner ecosystems, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Requirements

  • Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliances—ideally within a tech consultancy, SaaS, or enterprise software environment
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable business growth
  • Strong understanding of the tech consulting landscape, particularly in AI, cloud, data, software engineering, and digital transformation
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners including technology platforms, system integrators, channel partners, and key industry players - Such as AWS, GCP, MSFT, Databricks, OpenAI, Grafana, Nvidia, Vercel, Sanity
  • Identify, define and evolve joint propositions and go-to-market offerings with partners
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partners helping to drive engagement and commercial growth
  • Collaborate closely with Client Principals, Sales & Solutions team and Marketing across Europe along with colleagues and peers in Americas region
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of partner solutions
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners
  • Identify new sales opportunities and close deals
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with major cloud providers and technology platforms is a strong plus
