Join our growing Care Transformation Team as Director of Strategy & Operations! Lead initiatives, conduct assessments, and manage projects to strengthen client outcomes. This remote position requires experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and clear communication. You will develop recommendations, disseminate findings, and collaborate with stakeholders. Expertise in healthcare delivery and population health is essential. Create and execute large-scale clinical and operational strategies for provider and member engagement.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Proven track record conducting projects across varied settings independently as well as with small and large project teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse lay and professional audiences
- Experience in value-based care
- Experience building an outcomes oriented / innovative culture among the Care Team and Providers
- Experience in healthcare project management, program management, or project delivery with at least 3 years in management / leadership position
- Ability to bring actionable, clear steps to complex problems
- An appetite for innovation and high impact on students
Responsibilities
- Take lead on initiatives assigned by the VP of Care Transformation, including, but not limited to: strategic evaluation, project leadership, management, and implementation / developing overall project approach
- Conducting program, system, and market assessment activities as lead of project or as member of project team
- Lead project teams of various sizes through providing overall vision, delegating tasks, and overseeing quality and timeliness of all deliverables. Moving projects quickly in a dynamic start-up environment is key to this roleβs success
- In partnership with the VP of Care Transformation and other key company stakeholders, conduct strategic planning for the care pillar, including facilitating feedback groups of various types of stakeholders and sizes
- Develop well-founded recommendations evidenced by data, financial models and strong business cases
- Disseminate findings through written reports, presentations, and other dissemination modalities
- Work with the communications team to disseminate knowledge and experience from projects and to market to clients. Also quickly leverage market knowledge and data to inform strategic decision making
- Provide expert knowledge of all operational and clinical facets of the healthcare delivery system and population health
- Create and execute on large scale clinical strategies around provider and member engagement models as it relates to launching clinical programs and initiatives
- Develop and execute large scale operational models and strategy for provider engagement and population health
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years to 5 years of management consulting experience, OR two (2) years managing complex corporate-wide major programs/initiatives for large organizations
