• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the healthcare industry and aligned with the organization's goals
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high standards of recruitment practices
• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals across various specialties
• Enhance our employer brand to position [Healthcare Organization Name] as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector
• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with healthcare regulations and employment laws
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
