Join Teramind as the Director of Talent Acquisition and HR, leading all HR functions with a focus on talent acquisition. The ideal candidate possesses extensive recruitment experience in tech and non-tech roles, broad HR policy experience in a global setting, and a proven track record of building HR functions within a growing organization. This remote position reports to the Chief Operating Officer. You will lead the talent acquisition team, develop recruitment strategies, partner with leadership on HR policies, ensure legal compliance, create HR documentation, optimize HR systems, and provide strategic workforce insights. Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a people management role and inclusive of at least 5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies and HR best practices, including the use of AI technologies in each vertical
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience building efficient, results-driven teams
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and HR/Recruiting analytics
- Experience managing and operating within a global business structure
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team including development of team KPIs, formal interview processes, and pipeline reporting
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and secure qualified talent across all departments
- Partner with leadership to align HR policies with business goals and metrics, including development of company positioning and branding
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining risk management protocols
- Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Optimize ATS and HRIS systems
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar professional certification is a plus
- Experience with Workable and Gusto is a plus, but any ATS and HRIS experience is satisfactory
