Summary

Join Feedzai's People Team as a Talent Acquisition Director to lead the global talent acquisition strategy, overseeing the Talent Delivery team and Employer Branding. You will manage a team of recruiters, design efficient recruitment processes, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and build a scalable hiring strategy. Partnering with senior leaders, you will align talent acquisition with business objectives and provide market intelligence. You will also drive global employer branding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Leverage data analytics to optimize recruiting strategies and generate insightful reports. This role requires 15+ years of experience in global talent acquisition and 7+ years in a leadership role.

Requirements

  • 15+ years' related experience in global Talent Acquisition
  • 7+ years in a leadership role, managing a team
  • Specific Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience in leading and supporting cross-functional projects, interacting effectively with all levels of the company
  • Mastery around operational processes and tools
  • Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and HR analytics tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Power BI, or similar)
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of recruiters and inspire them to find and attract top talent to Feedzai
  • Design and guarantee implementation of an efficient and metric driven approach to recruitment and selection processes
  • Design, implement, and enforce consistent policies and procedures across all areas to ensure alignment and compliance
  • Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
  • Build a scalable hiring strategy, optimizing processes and tools to support business growth
  • Partner with senior leaders and People Partners to align talent acquisition with workforce planning and business strategy
  • Provide market intelligence on talent trends, competitor hiring activities, and industry benchmarks
  • Act as an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), embedding best practices into recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with People Partners and Total Rewards to ensure competitive and compelling hiring packages
  • Drive global employer branding strategy to position Feedzai as the employer of choice
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and communications teams to enhance employer brand visibility across various channels
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values
  • Establish and monitor TA performance metrics, including hiring funnel data, quality of hire, cost per hire, and sourcing effectiveness
  • Utilize analytics and market intelligence to optimize recruiting strategies and improve stakeholder decision-making
  • Generate and present insightful reports to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Implement technology and AI-driven solutions to enhance TA efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Tech Industry and growing companies with the potential to IPO will be considered a plus
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or matrix organizations
  • Digitally savvy and a great team leader

  • Experienced in leading change across organizations and multiple stakeholders
  • Experienced in using data and analytics to make decisions
  • Able to travel to all our global offices (20% of your time)
