Summary
Join Procore's expanding Partnerships team as the Director, Partnerships, North America. You will develop and manage the company's partnership go-to-market strategy in North America, building and leading a team of channel professionals. This high-visibility role involves setting the strategy for expanding partnership initiatives, managing existing and new partners, and collaborating with internal teams. The position reports to the GM, North America, and offers flexibility with remote work options within the US or Canada. Requirements
- Experience hunting and maximizing partnerships in the construction industry and consulting agencies such as Deloitte
- Experience working with Cloud partners such as AWS, Microsoft, etc
- 10+ years of experience in a Channel / Partnerships role with over 5+ years in leadership roles
- This role requires up to 50% travel within the North America region for meetings with clients and partners
- A passionate channel professional with experience leading and managing channel teams
- A trusted candidate with strong ties with the Americas Channel community and a positive reputation
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive others. Being able to create a vision and coordinate your team to deliver on that vision
- Experience building a book of partners and partnerships
- Ability to quickly and thoroughly gain an understanding of construction technology ecosystem

Responsibilities
- Own GTM relationship, motion, and managing partners within region
- Own the evolution and execution of our channel sales and service strategy & prioritization plan in Americas
- Lead the North America partnership GTM team including resource hiring, coaching, development and performance management
- Enable and/or support the development of new initiatives in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Partners and other internal teams to drive new monetization
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships at the executive level with key channels and partners
- Work with the corporate strategy team to identify new partnership opportunities across reseller and service partner ecosystems

- Base Pay Range $188,692 - $259,452 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $269,560 - $370,645
