Summary

Join Docplanner as the People Experience (PX) Director for International Markets and lead the PX operating model across key countries. Drive execution of priorities, support international teams, and partner with COOs and Country Managers. You will participate in global PX projects, conduct business reviews, manage international talent, assess leadership bench strength, bridge local and global PX needs, and drive efficiency in local teams. Develop PX leaders through coaching and feedback, and occasionally address specific local requests. This role is crucial for enabling the PX strategy and impacting over 2,200 employees.

  • Be able to lead by influence and expertise, supporting local Heads of PX
  • Be culturally savvy and able to navigate a global x local organization

  • Be numbers and data oriented, connecting business needs to relevant metrics

Responsibilities

  • Drive global PX operating model, ensuring high-level execution in each market of core BAU activities
  • Participate in core PX global projects and initiatives, representing the Markets' perspective
  • Run country PX business reviews with Country Heads and local PX Heads, and the full Go to Market PX review with the dCPO and COO
  • Manage talent internationally, facilitating mobility between global and local locations
  • Assess the bench strength of international leadership teams and drive necessary changes with the COO
  • Build a bridge between local and global PX, ensuring global teams prioritize local demands
  • Drive efficiency in local PX teams by monitoring productivity and implementing process and technology improvements
  • Coach and develop local PX leaders, providing feedback and support
  • Occasionally address specific local requests on behalf of the dCPO and COO
