Director, Programmatic Media

Summary

Join our team as a Director, Programmatic Media, and contribute to the growth of Crossmedia US. As a key member of our Performance Media team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day client operations, providing innovative strategies, and managing a team of supervisors and members. If you have experience in programmatic media, leadership skills, and a passion for integrated strategy execution, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in programmatic media
• Experience in the day-to-day programmatic campaign management, working across multiple DSPs – we work with The Trade Desk, DV360 and Amazon, but open to experience in Amobee or Verizon
• Strong POVs, proactively engaged in industry and agency thought leadership
• You’re not shy and enjoy building relationships with clients and know to manage up

Responsibilities

• Analytical skills, both the ability to interpret overall campaign performance (within and beyond KPIs)
• We’d love you to showcase your knowledge in the programmatic space to provide innovative and integrated strategies and recommendations to reach and surpass client goals
• Leadership: including leading day to day client operations, POV’s, management of Supervisors and team member
• Entrepreneurial attitude: You’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas, and opportunities
• Cross channel integration: A passion for integrated strategy and execution, with a specific interest in biddable media
• You’re diligent and disciplined and comfortable in a casual and collaborative environment
