Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Proven track record of success leading, developing, and building high-performing teams, with a deep understanding of sales strategy, operations, and connections between GTM teams
  • Expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement, with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency, aligning with company objectives and market trends
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Operations team, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and goals
  • Drive the development and maintenance of sales models, metrics, and territory management strategies to optimize sales performance and maximize revenue
  • Proactively identify insights from sales data and trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations for sales leadership and key stakeholders
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of accurate reports and dashboards, enabling sales leaders to make informed decisions and respond effectively to market challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market potential, identify expansion opportunities, and support strategic decision-making for entering new industry verticals or markets
  • Champion change management initiatives by designing and implementing strategies that enhance adaptability and buy-in across the Go-To-Market team, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Drive the continuous improvement of sales processes and systems, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Provide guidance and support for quarterly and annual sales planning activities, including the preparation and delivery of specific sales data and insights
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the sales organization
