• Build and manage sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and sales analytics
• Establish and maintain sales metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales initiatives with overall company goals
• Lead the implementation and adoption of sales technology platforms, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales operations efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide sales leadership with data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to inform decision-making and resource allocation
• Mentor and develop sales operations team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
