Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in related Management Consulting, Operations, Program Management or similar role supporting a regional or global organizations
  • Experience in strategy, analytics, refining and implementing processes, and sales program design and execution
  • Analytical communication ability
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving role
  • Comfortable working in a continuously expanding program or line of business
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required)

Responsibilities

  • Define, drive, and track global sales programs to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve corporate goals
  • Support Territory Management
  • Partner closely with partners to evolve current Go-To-Market approaches and strategies
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support related projects as needed
  • Collaborate with segment Sales leaders to develop and maintain territories and organizational design
  • Develop key relationships and partner with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
