Summary

We're looking for an experienced Director of SEO to join our team and lead the global SEO strategy at Docebo. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, leading a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to revenue and pipeline. They should have 8+ years of experience in all areas of SEO and 5+ years of experience leading teams with revenue objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience and applied knowledge in all areas of SEO, including technical SEO, on- and off-page strategies, content marketing, and more
• 5+ years of experience owning revenue-driven objectives & KPIs while leading teams (SQOs, SQO $, efficiency metrics, etc)
• Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional SEO performance for large, multilingual, complex websites and experience working with enterprise journey mapping
• Industry experience in: B2B, SaaS, or relevant niches

Responsibilities

• Lead Docebo’s global SEO strategy and be responsible for its contribution to revenue and pipeline
• Lead, nurture, and empower the team through effective coaching and mentorship
• Act as a key stakeholder for web development, support roadmap development
• Analyze and report on SEO performance and impact on pipeline and revenue objectives
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify strategic opportunities and inform content optimization efforts across multiple languages and regions
• Analyze and proactively address technical SEO challenges, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement and efficiency
• Manage, drive and execute link building campaigns to drive up rankings for target keywords
• Serve as the SEO subject matter expert and knowledge hub within Docebo
