Requirements

  • Strong and demonstrable experience (3-5 years) in a leadership role related to value services and consulting
  • Compelling executive presence with the ability to build credibility and trust with senior executives from customer organizations
  • 10+ years’ experience in either technology sales/sales support, management consulting, or industry practitioner
  • Domain knowledge is an additional benefit
  • Strong financial modelling abilities and products such as Mediafly
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across the business with various internal teams (for example: Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success)
  • Ability to be a partner with area and regional sales leadership to develop sales strategies to drive pipeline and increase probability of success
  • Project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience supporting international team with travel
  • Driven by working within a fast-paced environment with a diverse workforce
  • Passion and hunger to win, succeed and strive for excellence
  • Travel required (approx. 30%)
  • MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics or related field strongly preferred
