Join our team as a Dispatch Coordinator and manage our driveaway operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient logistics. You will be responsible for daily communication with drivers, load management, and administrative duties. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in logistics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the logistics domain (US market)
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in transportation or logistics dispatch
• Knowledge of trucking industry standards and practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Send out daily fuel pricing discounts to all active driveaway drivers
• Distribute noon reports listing truckloads currently in transit
• Verify and validate load details, including dates and necessary checkcalls
• Monitor and manage load board, adding detailed load descriptions
• Conduct ready calls to confirm unit availability at pickup locations
• Perform daily log audits to maintain accurate records
• Prepare and process Arrow Special invoicing on a monthly basis
• Maintain comprehensive communication with driveaway dispatch team
• Ensure all load documentation is complete and accurate
