Requirements

• 0,5 + years of experience in the logistics domain (US market) is a MUST
• Upper-intermediate level of English is a MUST
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Previous customer service experience
• Basic understanding of logistics or transportation operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good hearing and clear verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming service requests, emergency calls, or dispatch inquiries
• Maintain clear and accurate communication with field personnel, customers, and internal teams
• Monitor and track vehicle or personnel locations using GPS tracking systems
• Manage and update dispatch logs and electronic records
• Prioritize and assign tasks or service requests based on urgency and available resources
• Coordinate schedules and routes for field personnel
• Respond to unexpected changes or emergencies with quick and effective problem-solving
• Communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
