Join our team as an After Hours Dispatcher and provide critical communication and emergency response support during non-standard business hours. You will manage incoming calls, coordinate emergency responses, and ensure smooth communication. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• 1 + years of experience in the logistics domain (US market) is a MUST
• Upper-intermediate level of English is a MUST
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Previous customer service experience
• Basic understanding of logistics or transportation operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good hearing and clear verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming emergency and non-emergency calls during assigned after-hours shifts
• Quickly assess and prioritize calls based on urgency and nature of the request
• Dispatch appropriate personnel, including on-call technicians, maintenance staff, or emergency services
• Maintain detailed logs of all incoming calls, dispatches, and communications
• Follow established protocols and escalation procedures for different types of emergencies
• Communicate effectively with field personnel, providing clear and concise instructions
• Coordinate communication between multiple departments during critical incidents
• Utilize dispatch management software and communication systems
• Maintain calm and professional demeanor during high-stress situations
• Perform initial troubleshooting and provide basic guidance to callers when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and emergency response protocols
