Summary
Join Omnidian, a fast-growing tech-enabled service company, as a Service Network Dispatcher. You will primarily dispatch Field Service Partners for solar photovoltaic system troubleshooting and maintenance using the company's CRM platform. Additional responsibilities include providing internal updates on agent tickets and attending various team meetings. The ideal candidate possesses 2 years of customer service experience, proficiency in Google Suite, and a typing speed of 50+ WPM. Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience

Responsibilities
- Dispatching Tickets to our Field Service Partners through our CRM platform
- Triage agent requests to send Field Service Partners out to the site for troubleshooting, maintenance or repair. Create new field dispatch work orders and assign them to designated field partners. Obtain completed site visit reports and photos
- Providing field service updates to the Customer Service and Technical Support teams
- Attending MeetingsWeekly Service Network Team MeetingsWeekly cross departmental team meetingsBi-weekly all hands meetingsOther meetings as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of dispatch experience
- 2 years of photovoltaic experience or civil construction experience
