Summary

Join our team as a Distributor Manager - St. Louis, where you will drive sales and execution for Beatbox Party Punch through key wholesaler and retail partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales background within the beverage industry
  • Must currently have equivalent work experience to a Sales Execution Manager or higher
  • Must live in within Primary geographic assigned territory
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Ability to work with Senior Management across all departments
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Support specific, identified wholesalers to drive distribution, display execution and merchandising standards
  • Review all direct reports karma calendars for upcoming week
  • Develop a strong relationship with key wholesaler management and their sales team
  • Establish a call frequency and relationship with assigned key chain accounts to drive distribution and sales
  • Full understanding and ability to leverage tools at your disposal to provide strategic oversight of the business: IRI, Brand Plans, VIP etc
  • Overview and communication of wholesaler inventory levels and ordering
  • Manage the following processes: Pricing strategy development & price increase sell-in, Cents per case audits, forecasting reviews, identify future market trends and developing solutions/plans to lead future growth
  • Adherence to CRM Platform documentation for ALL in-market store visits achieving monthly (100), quarterly (300), and annual goals (1200), set for, but not limited to sales, distribution, displays and shelf space
  • Minimum one monthly planning and business review with all wholesalers in footprint.(In person meetings when possible, virtual video calls if necessary
  • Minimum of one GSM presentation per wholesaler per quarter, in person where possible
  • Work with Region Manager and Market Manager to provide feedback and help to develop annual business plan development & execution
  • Seek out marketing and special event opportunities- Lead person in all large special events within assigned territory
  • Participate and be responsible for pilot projects and brand strategies on an ad-hoc basis
  • Deliver a monthly review for assigned wholesaler performance to senior management. (Internal & External)
  • Work closely with FMSs within territory
