Summary

Join our team as a Sales Execution Manager - West, driving sales and execution of BeatBox Party Punch through 7-Eleven account base in assigned markets.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ sales experience in the beverage alcoholic industry preferred. Experience working as a distributor or supplier preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must live within the primary assigned sales territory
  • Existing relationships with 7-Eleven and FOA knowledge preferred
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends as necessary, a start-up company in hyper-growth mode
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and adopt company software applications
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Build retail relationships with 7-Eleven store managers, owners, FOA group to gain additional BeatBox sales
  • Garner and maintain strong relationships with distributors, 7-Eleven locations and internal BeatBox team members
  • Drive distribution, display execution, and merchandising standards
  • Ensure distributors have all necessary tools (Karma, sales sheets, programming info, etc.) to execute 7-Eleven sales opportunities in the marketplace
  • Execute 7-Eleven programming
  • Effectively manage resources and budgets and keep territory sales growth in line with company revenue goals
  • Identify pricing and programming opportunities, providing feedback to the 7-Eleven Sales Director, 7-Eleven National Account Manager, Region Director. to build a strategy around them and work with the distributor to execute
  • Identify event opportunities in your area that will translate national programs into successful local activation through product sampling and event partnerships
  • Align with the BeatBox team and local distributor sales team to support activations, merchandising, and sales blitzes in your area
  • Develop relationships with 7-Eleven distributor sales team, operations managers, and distributor sales and marketing departments to drive 7-Eleven business. 
  • Ride-along with distributors to help with sales support and ensure the proper BeatBox brand selling story in 7-Eleven
  • Adherence to CRM Platform for ALL in-market store visits designated by appropriate manager
  • Recaps to be delivered to the appropriate parties.
