Ecommerce Operations Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience as Head of E-commerce Operations or similar role
• Expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Listings and Shopify platforms
• Experience in Project Management
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on cost efficiency, ROI, and margins

Responsibilities

• Track daily KPIs critical for business decisions and efficiency
• Review and resolve Amazon cases
• Manage freelancers and virtual assistants for projects like website development and content creation
• Pull reports, record and verify invoices, and assist with financial tasks
• Communicate with manufacturers and ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, implementing strategies with the team
• Support expansion efforts into new marketplaces like Walmart and TikTok
• Solve problems and handle ad hoc tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product development
• In-depth knowledge of PPC or media buying
