Requirements
- Have 1-2 years of experience working with email deliverability or in a related technical support position (email provider support, for example)
- Are familiar with different anti-spam technologies and know how to resolve email deliverability issues
- Possess strong written and spoken English skills (B1/B2 level)
- Can handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Take initiative to solve problems, adapt quickly, and learn from every experience
- Have a growth mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve your skills and contribute to team success
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve various email deliverability issues to ensure smooth email campaigns
- Assist in optimizing DNS settings, mailbox warm-ups, and analyzing bounce logs
- Collaborate with teams from Research, SDR, and Client Success to align on client expectations and deliverables
- Monitor email deliverability, ensuring high inbox placement rates for outbound campaigns
- Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any email-related problems or concerns
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve email performance and deliverability
- Maintain detailed records of email issues and resolutions in our CRM system
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth transition of email projects from setup to execution
