Summary
Join our growing team as an Email Marketer and play a critical role in creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth. You will collaborate with designers, consultants, and other team members to deliver impactful email campaigns for multiple e-commerce clients. This remote position offers a full-time schedule within the UK time zone. You will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, using tools like Klaviyo, and analyzing campaign performance to improve effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in email marketing, particularly for e-commerce, and a strong understanding of design principles. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably for e-commerce or similar industries
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo
- Strong understanding of design principles and ability to produce visually appealing email content
- Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and implement actionable improvements
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to stay on-brand while adapting to various client needs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with designers, consultants, and other stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals
- Develop engaging and visually appealing email content using tools like Klaviyo
- Implement and manage email marketing automation workflows
- Ensure emails are visually compelling, on-brand, and current with design trends
- A/B test email subject lines, layouts, and content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Use data analytics to refine segmentation strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
- Work with external consultants to gain expertise and refine strategies
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve output
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of e-commerce and sales-driven email campaigns
- Experience in integrating email campaigns with broader digital marketing efforts
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
