Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably with exposure to demand generation, digital marketing, or webinar programs
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in managing logistics and execution of webinars and other marketing campaigns
  • Basic understanding of marketing tactics such as email marketing, SEO, paid media, and webinars
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Results-oriented with a track record of executing successful demand-generation campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Support the Demand Generation team in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, events, etc.) to drive lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Own the end-to-end management of the company’s webinar program, including calendar coordination, promotion, registration management, and post-webinar follow-up
  • Assist with reporting and analysis of campaign performance, including tracking key metrics like lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Partner closely with the demand generation team and sales managers to ensure accurate marketing lead flow to the sales team
  • Provide general support to the demand generation team with project management and cross-functional communication across initiatives like Account Based Marketing (ABM), events, international growth and paid media growth
