Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM management
- Demonstrated success in automating workflows and building scalable processes
- Background in working with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment
- Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., ExpertSender, SendGrid) and CRM systems
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization
- Understanding of statistical split testing and data analysis tools
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term scalability
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing external partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on team success over individual recognition
Responsibilities
- Design and implement email campaigns that truly engage our audience and boost monetization!
- Create automated workflows that resonate with user behavior, preferences, and their journey with us
- Get creative with email templates, ensuring they reflect our changing business goals and the needs of our users
- Experiment with different testing frequencies, sending times, and segmentation strategies to maximize your results
- Perform A/B testing and dive into performance metrics to continually improve our strategies
- Create and uphold systems that help us track and boost revenues from our highly-engaged users
- Implement advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content
- Monitor and clean subscriber lists to ensure deliverability and engagements
- Work closely with design and development teams to ensure templates align with brand and user experience
- Partner with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives
- Provide clear and actionable reporting to stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Onboard, manage, and negotiate with external partners to optimize campaigns
- Act as the primary point of contact for monthly updates, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure proper invoicing and payment handling
- Develop documentation for workflows, tools, and best practices
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
