Requirements
- HS Diploma / GED Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in email campaign creation and execution, including building and managing email nurture programs
- Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred; Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, Exact Target accepted)
- Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in HTML and/or CSS for email design and troubleshooting
- Strong project management, creative problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of database concepts, segmentation strategies, and email marketing KPIs
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute email campaigns, nurture and webinar programs, including single, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns, to engage prospects and grow customer bases globally
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, International Field Marketing, Campaigns, Content Strategists, and other stakeholders to build and refine email nurture program strategies
- Partner with international teams to create and update localized nurture streams across multiple languages
- Develop and implement A/B testing methodologies within all elements of email marketing to optimize engagement and conversion
- Create and execute lead nurture framework updates to deliver relevant, multi-segment emails for educating and expediting leads through the buying process globally
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to CSS/HTML templates, list segmentation, and email execution, ensuring seamless campaign delivery
- Build and maintain custom email templates, ensuring compliance with branding and technical requirements
- Collaborate with Marketing Automation and Email Teams for advanced campaign setup, list segmentation, and workflow automation
- Work with Marketing Operations to create UTM tracking links for campaign attribution in analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Gather, analyze, and present email performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis, identifying optimization opportunities
- Prepare and deliver data findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership
- Provide training and ongoing education to Marketing teams on email marketing best practices

Preferred Qualifications
- 4 Year / Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
- Adobe Marketo Engage Professional or Business Practitioner Expert (Marketo Certified Associate or Expert) or equivalent certifications
- Experience in a high-tech, fast-paced B2B environment
- Familiarity with photo editing software (Photoshop preferred)
- Working knowledge of Apple platform
