Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist with a focus on strategy and execution
• Proficiency in utilizing Mailchimp and Beehiiv for email marketing
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and copywriting
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute client newsletters, including drafting, sending, and analyzing performance metrics
• Collaborate with clients to craft compelling content that drives engagement and generates leads
• Regularly analyze and optimize email performance to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Assist with broader content marketing initiatives as needed
• Lead cold email outreach campaigns targeting college students for summer storage services
• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and conversions from outreach efforts
• Track and report on the performance of cold email campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize results
• Support other marketing and customer communication initiatives as needed during the active season
