Summary

Join Spring Health as an Employee Experience & Impact Specialist II and play a key role in advancing Inclusion and Belonging initiatives. You will drive data-informed strategies, manage program operations, analyze people data and metrics, and support initiatives fostering an inclusive workplace. This role demands strategic thinking, project management, and strong data analysis skills to ensure belonging efforts are measurable and impactful. You will support Spring’s ERG groups, design training, manage the Sprout with Spring Mentorship Program, collect and analyze equity and inclusion metrics, collaborate with internal communications, and conduct research to refine Spring Health’s Belonging strategy. Success involves supporting high engagement survey scores, maintaining high satisfaction ratings for mentorship programs, and ensuring ERG and Taskforce leads feel supported. Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in Inclusion and Belonging, HR, People Operations, Talent Development, or related fields
  • Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and using metrics to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated success launching and embedding new programs in evolving environments
  • Experience with inclusion and belonging programs, employee engagement initiatives, and mentorship programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working in an evolving, high-growth environment
  • Experience using HR/People systems and analytics tools (e.g., Lattice, Gem, Greenhouse, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices, workforce development, and talent retention strategies
  • Background in program or workshop design and facilitation
  • Experience working directly with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and internal communications
  • Understands how to bring others along during ambiguity or shifts in priorities

Responsibilities

  • Support Spring’s 10 ERG Groups, ERG Leads, and Task Force Leaders, helping them develop programming, educational content, and engagement strategies
  • Design and facilitate training, workshops, and learning opportunities for employees at all levels around concepts of equity, accessibility, inclusion, and belonging
  • Manage our Sprout with Spring Mentorship Program including our customer success relationship, participants and enrollees, communications, and data analysis
  • Strong project manager who can keep track of details without losing strategic throughlines
  • Collect, analyze, and report on equity and inclusion metrics, ensuring that data informs decision-making and talent strategies
  • Collaborate with People Operations to track and report out on key talent metrics, including retention, promotion, and sentiment analysis
  • Work with our internal communications teams to develop newsletters, program updates, and internal messaging, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Conduct research projects to benchmark best practices and refine Spring Health’s Belonging strategy
  • Support our Thriving Index (engagement survey) scores averaging 75+
  • Maintain 98%+ satisfaction rating of our Sprout with Spring mentorship program
  • Maintain 90%+ of ERG and Taskforce leads feeling confident they have the necessary knowledge, resources, and support to effectively operate in their leadership roles
