Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Proficiency in using social media, analytics tools, and recruitment marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of branding principles and recruitment marketing trends
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Strategize online and offline brand marketing plans and executing and monitoring brand promotion activities
• Advertise the company's brand and product offerings to the public to elevate product brand awareness
• Conduct competitor analysis to extract relevant insights
• Develop and execute holiday product marketing, customer gifting, and related initiatives, all while actively expanding and nurturing the customer base
