Employer Branding Manager

Summary

Join TIMOCOM as their Employer Branding Manager and shape their external and internal employer branding. This 18-month contract position (due to parental leave) allows for primarily remote work, with occasional office presence in Erkrath near Düsseldorf. You will develop and maintain their employer value proposition (EVP), manage employer branding projects and campaigns, create content for various platforms, and oversee their corporate influencer program. You will also plan and execute internal and external events, optimize the candidate journey, and develop and implement internal employer branding initiatives. The role requires at least two years of experience in employer branding and excellent communication skills in German and English.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Employer Branding
• Creativity and persuasiveness in content creation
• Excellent communication and enthusiasm
• High innovative strength and entrepreneurial spirit
• Very good English and fluent German skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the employer value proposition (EVP)
• Manage and execute employer branding projects and campaigns
• Create engaging content (image, video, text) for social media, the career website, job postings, talent pools, and company profiles (kununu, LinkedIn, Stepstone, etc.)
• Oversee and develop the corporate influencer program
• Plan and execute internal and external events
• Continuously improve the candidate journey and optimize the candidate experience
• Develop and implement ideas for internal employer branding initiatives
