Summary
Join Anaplan as a Senior Brand Manager and lead the execution of brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all touchpoints. You will play a crucial role in strengthening brand equity, driving awareness, and enhancing engagement with key audiences. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including demand/ABM, digital, corporate communications, design, and external partners, to bring the Anaplan brand to life in a way that resonates with customers and supports business objectives.
Requirements
- 7+ years in brand marketing, with a focus on media campaigns, agency management, and brand strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Brand, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Masterβs degree preferred)
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated brand campaigns, media strategies, and thought leadership programs
- Experience managing creative, media, and PR agencies, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and budgets
- Understanding of video strategy and production, including collaboration with internal teams to create brand storytelling, demos, and explainer videos
- Experience driving internal brand advocacy, including brand training, employee engagement initiatives, and swag programs
Responsibilities
- Own and refine the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and market trends
- Oversee media planning and execution, ensuring brand campaigns are effectively amplified across paid, owned, and earned channels working closely with ABM and digital marketing teams
- Work closely with the content marketing team to develop a strong brand content and thought leadership plan, ensuring alignment with key messaging, campaigns, and PR strategy
- Manage relationships with media and other creative agencies, ensuring efficient execution, budget alignment, and performance tracking
- Craft compelling brand narratives that differentiate Anaplan and reinforce market leadership by working closely with the content marketing team
- Partner with ABM, field marketing, content marketing, solutions and product marketing, and other GTM teams to ensure brand consistency across all prospect and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with design, content, and solution marketing teams to develop high-impact video content that enhances brand storytelling, strengthens campaign effectiveness, and supports full-funnel needs, including demo and explainer videos
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for brand initiatives, partnering with the communications team to ensure brand guidelines are updated and employees are equipped to be strong brand ambassadors
- Oversee brand swag programs (where applicable) to enhance employee advocacy
- Monitor brand health metrics and media performance, leveraging insights to optimize campaign strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and how the brand integrates with SEO, social media, and content marketing
- Ability to analyze brand performance metrics, media effectiveness, and audience insights to optimize strategies
- Strong ability to craft compelling brand narratives, working closely with content marketing to develop thought leadership and brand-building initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives
