Summary

You will contribute to energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions by working with major North American utilities and leaders in energy efficiency. This role offers a unique market opportunity and a mission-driven approach, allowing you to shape the nation’s energy future. Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices in six locations; employees within 40 miles of an office (excluding New York) may be assigned to that location, with varying in-office requirements. The position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with no degree
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated commitment to and consistency in quality control practices
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to work and thrive independently
  • Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach
  • Excellent personal accountability

Responsibilities

  • Process rebate project applications according to documented standard operating procedures
  • Track progress of work assignments, including work to be done and work completed
  • Communicate with other team members and supervisors using collaboration tools to resolve application questions
  • Maintain a high degree of efficiency and accuracy while under time constraints
  • Participate in team meetings and complete regular training sessions to expand program knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience
  • Candidates in the eastern time zone
  • Candidates based in the Southeastern region – particularly in or near Charlotte or Atlanta
