Requirements
- Have experience working on member enrollment and engagement campaigns
- Possess stellar project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Have experience using Braze
- Show a willingness to own critical aspects of the enrollment marketing function
- Have 5+ years of marketing experience executing high volume marketing campaigns, preferably for a B2B2C product
- Have experience using and executing campaigns in Braze software
- Have experience creating and implementing comprehensive enrollment marketing plans, preferably for a B2B2C product
- Demonstrate success driving multi-channel engagement and member acquisition using segmentation, personalization and triggered communications
- Have strong project management, written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience collaborating with and presenting to clients
- Have experience managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to inform strategy adjustments
- Be motivated and energetic, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets in a fast-paced high growth environment
Responsibilities
- Support the project management and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns that will drive member enrollment across Colorβs entire customer base and lead B2B2C email marketing efforts
- Consult with key clients on the most effective way to roll out Color to their audience(s), and manage the program execution
- Understand the population, the channels that work best to reach them, the messaging that resonates most with them, and enrollment goals to recommend a client-specific strategy
- Own strategic initiatives to evolve our craft, scale our efforts, and test innovative ideas
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to earn the trust of key customer stakeholders through the strength of our strategic and creative recommendations
- Partner with internal design, Medical Affairs, and product teams to build a successful enrollment and engagement program
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment marketing efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience working with union and blue collar populations
- Have Healthcare B2B2C healthcare marketing experience
- Have experience working with Metabase, Google Suite
